With a highly skilled workforce at our Stonebroom manufacturing facility we produce a wide range of lenses, all individually pressed to exacting standards, ensuring a level of finish that is second to none.

Our manufacturing facilities include a number of hydraulic pressing stations with efficient gas and electric furnaces and individual PLC's for control and repeatability.

We not only manufacture on-site but also now polish and finish lenses in our polishing shop. By combining both processes we can react to your exacting requirements in a matter of minutes rather than days.

Components from 4mm to 80mm effective diameters are currently produced. Multiple lens arrays, prisms and windows are in production as well as single element lenses. We would be pleased to send you samples illustrating the quality of our process.

The principle applications at present are Photo Electric Switching, LED Lenses, Level Sensing, Projector Condensers, Electrical Switchgear, Endoscope and Airfield Lighting.

Bluebell's production technology allows cost effective manufacture of small and large quantities. Current total capacity is over 70000 units per week, but small quantities are not a problem!
