Precision Lenses
Bluebell Industries Limited has developed in conjunction with local Universities the use of new hard tool materials for the manufacture of precision lenses. These materials are very stable mechanically over wide temperature ranges and tools made from them have almost indefinite production life.

Our pressing process has been developed to utilise the potential of the new tool materials, we now have the ability to mould aspheric curves to a profile accuracy of up to ±0.001mm.

LED Lenses
Many manufacturers are striving to improve efficiency of LEDs. Bluebell Industries Limited is actively developing and supplying lenses for this purpose.

Our aspheric lenses improve LED efficiency by collecting the wide beam angle from the diode and concentrating it to the desired output angle .

Design facilities are available for each individual requirement if required.

Plastic lenses
Whilst our core business is glass component manufacture, we also provide plastic optical elements and coloured lamp caps.
